OLCNOW is a part of Boxwebs a West Michigan web design company offering affordable Web Sites for small businesses and personal use. We are based in the Gun Lake Area of West Michigan. The Online Communities Now (www.olcnow.com) is a website supporting our Online Communities of Caledonia, Gun Lake, Hastings, Middleville, Twin City (Plainwell/Otsego), and Wayland Online. All information about listings, advertising, coupons, and other aspects of the community websites can be found on this site.
Our Online Communities support local businesses and want to see them succeed. Local businesses are all listed in one place for easy access and each community is interconnected with the others. We hope our online communities will benefit both businesses and consumers. We are growing and hope that you will join in the venture to provide local information and services to our area citizens. We are not a substitute for other forms of advertising or listing services, but just an extra form of reaching the area consumers with a home town flavor.
Our Goal is simple - We want to promote the local area and bring local businesses to consumers and consumers to our local businesses.
Each key community will provide links to City and Township websites and other helpful sites as well as a community events page that will provide information about what is happening in the surrounding area. We also provide photo galleries for our visitors and businesses to display their favorite photos of the area. Other features have or are being added for added value of the community websites. We hope that we will become the areas resource for information and guide to the area between Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Battle Creek.

As with many small businesses we are just starting out by offering introductory
prices as we build our visitor base.
As time goes on, it is our hope that the area web surfers will see a benefit to
searching for locally run businesses through our website. To create a wider and
wider base of visitors, we offer free yard, garage, and barn sale listings, free
church listings, and a calendar of local events from the surrounding area. We
will provide links to city, village, township, organizations, and other valuable
websites. We want the visitors to our online communities to participate as well
and will be adding Photo Galleries for area residents to post their favorite
photos of the surrounding area. We welcome submissions of local history from
area residents, with their names as bylines to the information. With the
addition of the OLCNOW Shopping Guide, we hope to provide money saving offers
as well. We will continue to look for additional features as time goes on
